First, were you an authorized user on this account? If so, you are home free. Authorized users are not responsible for the payment of the debt. Write your dispute to the credit bureau on this basis, and send them a copy of this lawsuit (just print it and enclose a copy with your dispute).

I think they will remove it when they see this.

On the other hand, if you were not authorized user on this account and the item being reported is truly not yours, you may have a "mixed file" with this credit bureau, or you may be a victim of some sort of fraud. If this is the case, I have different advice for you, since other things could happen in the future. You would want to resolve this the correct way and stop any further errors.

I have no idea what "claim filled with government" means, unless perhaps the primary account holder is deceased.
