I have agreed to a hardship program with Discover Card, but I don't qualify for Chase's Visa Flex Program...we have late mortgage payments. I am wondering what to do about this account. Settlement or stop paying and let them write it off as uncollectable(charge off) Our credit is already pretty bad.
