unknown loan, false information

Someone has given my voice mail number at work to a loan company as their home phone number. This person has obviously not made payments as I receive several messages a day. I have repeatedly asked them to remove my number. Some employees have said they removed the number, but the calls do not stop. Another employee stated that they legally cannot remove my number without my personal and employer information. Is this true? If not, what can I do to stop these calls?
