Follow up on California SOL (from October)

I want to thank "California Attorney" for the info sent to me about the California Statute of Limitations. As it ended up, I stood my ground regarding the SOL, due to being encouraged by this info. I went to court this AM and Sears dismissed the case without prejudice. I did not even need to cite the case law I was directed to.
