If you are only an authorized user, go here and print this out. Send it to the credit card companies along with your request to cease reporting on you.

Then print some more of them, and send them to the credit bureaus along with your dispute that you are not the party responsible for paying, please delete the entry.

If they don't take it off, you can sue them in small claims court and win. Mr Phillips won, and this was certified as a class action.

If you are a joint accountholder with your husband, then you will have to take over paying the accounts quickly. Contact the credit card companies involved.
