When you answer the phone and it is them, interrupt and tell them you are recording the converstation (you don't really have to record it, just say you are) and ask for the person's name, company name, and address. Ignore anything they say and get the information you need. If they stay on the phone, which I doubt, write this information down and then send them a letter, certified with return receipt, telling them to cease all contact with you at these phone numbers, then list the numbers.

Never give them information of any kind. You know the Miranda? Anything you say will be used against you.

Chances are after you say you are recording the call they will hang up and if you do it every time, they will stop calling.

If you send the letter and they keep calling, sue them in small claims court. It will be the eastiest money you ever made.
