our lawyer is a "free" lawyer, thru uaw legal services so we are grouped with a lot of others...kinda hard to talk to her.....should I go to the court at the end of the 23 days? there is no trial or anything set, just the notice to answer in 23 days or judgment will be entered aginst me....also, the "lawyer" that filed the suit for the credit card co......do they have to appear? they are not local and I would not think they traveled all theway here just to file this one suit...someone even had a suit against this group of lawyers for phony attorney letters and then they filed against me...can they file electronically? so many questions!!!!
