Sears Not Responding - Next Step???

I went bankrupt in 1997. Sears put it on my husband's credit report even though he was only an AU (authorized user). We recently found out when we applied for a mortgage and were forced to accept a higher interest rate. I sent Sears the letter giving them 30 days to comply. It's been a little over 30 days and I haven't heard anything from them. What's my next step? Do I copy my correspondence to the credit bureaus?
