Free can get real expensive. If she is your lawyer, she has an obligation to talk to you and explain in detail what is happening.
You can bet the other side will be in court. I don't know that it is important to be there since, you will lose and you do know about the lawsuit. I'm just saying you make wake up with your bank account frozen and it's a week before she files. What is Plan "B"?
