I am only co-user for some of my husband credit cards. That is definately truth. I called those cc companies and they told me my name even wasn't in the system.
However, when I looked through my cc report, those cc companies did report deliquency on my report. My husband and I spoke with the lawyer who will file bk for my husband. He said that it would be better if he put my name as co-debtor on the file forms. So those cc companies can't come after me even though they want to. For sure I am not file bk with my husband. I didn't sign any paper for bk. Only thing on my husband's file is that I am a co-debtor.
I am just really concerned about my cc report. I don't know what will happen and how to handle it.
Please help me out
