So what this is saying is that although I thought that credit cards were open ended, but really they are written so I need to keep my head low for another three years for LA then I can work on cleaning up my credit report. I am so confused b/c this whole time I thought that credit cards were open ended and that meant my credit was almost on the road to start being repaired
