First of all I would like to thank you for your very helpful guidance.But before the 30-day response period is up, they sent me another letter requesting very private info like bank account #'s, place of employment, assets etc . Would it help if I call back or write a letter stating that I have no assets and therefore judgment-proof in addition to being unemployed at the present time,which is the absolute truth?? This is getting to be a real problem for me. I would be very grateful for any additional helpful suggestions.
