Okay, and unpaid judgment can be reported until the statute of limitations is up, a apid judgment can be reported for 7 years from the date the judgment was entered. SOL is up in Virginia. What state are you in now?
You can look up the SOL for judgments here:

If it is up, just dispute this as "out of date." It shouldn't be a problem.
