Wow!! That IS wierd!! No other state has anything like that. You just stay in debt purgatory if you live in PA. Guess I will never live there, LOL. Or Ohio. Not that I plan on defaulting on anything, but then stuff happens. Life is like being out on the ocean in a rowboat sometimes. I wouldn't want to be in one of those states if a storm came up. :(
