Trying to settle with debtors but with no response what is next?

Hi Everyone, I sent settlement offers to most of my debtors. This was over a month ago. I sent them by certified mail with return receipt all received the letters but no one has responded. What would be my next course of action. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
