Bk may be your best option if you get sued. I'd bet you probably will get sued. A judgement will last for decades and can then be renewed. When you start working fulltime, the judgement will then be enforced.
Why not just wait and see what happens. I'd make no payments if you can't keep them current. If you get sued then, you can deal with it when it happens.
