Exactly! After reading some of the posts on here lately, it sounds like folks think this is a forum for discussing how to default on your debts and get away with it.

If a person made a mistake in the past, defaulted, and now it is ruining his life, I have no problem helping. But generally speaking, I believe people should pay their debts and honor the contracts they have entered in to. They agreed to it to start with, they spent the money, and short of unforeseeable devastating uncontrollable curcumstance, they should pay their debts.

I hope no one here thinks that I have figured out how to not pay my bills. The trick to good credit is PAYING them. On time and according to the terms in the agreement.
