I agree with Linda. See a lawyer about the totality of your situtation. If you're current, you are really in pretty good shape because a lawyer will have a lot of time to attempt to get assets that could be seized by a creditor into a postion where they are exempt. Also, when a lawyer calls a cc company on your behalf they know you are very serious and likely not bluffing.
