I agree, the simplest thing to do is use a different card.

You can file a complaint with your state's banking regulatory authority, your state's AG, the BBB, the Federal Reserve, and the Comptroller of the Currency. Incidentally, they have already been sued for this and lost. Just look on any search engine and you will see complaints and lawsuits out the yingyang. I can't imagine why anyone would want to do business with them.

Their soliciations they send me are used to light the logs for my winter evening's fire. :) They work very nicely.
