Thanks again I got in contact with OCC and I couldn't believe my ears , the lady I talked with must have worked for First usa !!!!! her comment to me was the cc companies can basicly do anything they want and if they want to issue you a cc with a 3% rate they can, then after you make your first purchase if First Usa wants to they can charge you 25% or more by sending you a notice. for whatever reason. she also said they are within there rights after sending you notifcation can you believe this ?? she was no help at all what is this world coming to ?
If they can basicly do any thing they want a she has stated, why are they losing all these lawsuits?
