If this is the originala creditor calling, they really can call all they want. You can tell them not to call you at work. This is probably an autodialer, and it will keep calling. If you are paying through a consumer credit counseling service, that is a different problems altogether. If this is a collection agency, another set of rules applies. Are you still behind? What kind of debt is this?
