SOL of parking tickets in Missouri

I have about 50 parking tickets in Kansas city MO.
They have all been turned over to a collections agency.
They also have an added $10 as they were late. Making the
total $25 for each. What is the statute of limitations for these ??
Is there anything that I can do to not pay the late fees??
Would they come after me, even if I do not get pulled over?? Any help would be most appreciated !! Thanks,
