n trying to determine what is the right way to go with paying off my credit cards, I included my situation hoping for some advice. If for example you owed $25,000 to your credit card companies, and had the luxury of borrowing $25,000 with 7% interest from a fantastic relative, and new you could pay the full amount of your debt back to your relative in 2 ½ years, would you try to stay away from settlement? I'm asking because I have that blessing to borrow from my Aunt at 7% to pay my Credit Card companies which are charging about on average 20% interest, but I am confused if I should just pay it in full or even with having the funds to pay them off, should I consider settlement? I understand this is your opinion but would really like to get your advice if you were me in this situation. Thanks,
Terr
