Your options:
1. Send Discover a letter and ask them to report your limit.
2. Purchase something that is returnable, and reutrn it, so it will show your "highest balance" close to your limit.
3. Get rid of the balance you have on it (transfer, apy off, etc) but keep the card to help your score.

If they refused to report my limit (Capital One does the same thing), I would charge everything I could think of on it for one or two months (bills you normally write checks for) get it as high as you can, then pay it off all at once. Then leave the card alone except for a minor purchase every now and then - but keep it, unless they start messing with you. This will raise your score, and depending on how long you've had the card, may get you a higher limit with Discover (which no one will know about) - this (hidden credit) can come in handy sometimes.
