Need some advice on a creditor

Ok, I'll try to make this short. I filed a bankruptcy and then had to come out of it, so I've started paying those bills listed in the Chapter 13. I got this one down to $85 balance. I went in and gave them a check for this amount and they took it but said that I owed $120 that doesn't show up when they print me a receipt. I asked what the $120 was for and first she said that it was finance charges that she added on there since taking over the branch and it dated back from bankruptcy time, then a week later she said it wasn't finance charges but return check charges. So I asked to see a copy of my account showing the returned checks. She never would provide this for me. She has no hard copy checks proving this. I did have a couple of returned checks on this account but picked up every one of them. Well,a few months later I received the check for $85 that I had written to them back in the mail and it has for deposit stamped on the back but they decided not to accept it I guess. I decided to get a copy of my credit report and it states this account was charged off and the balance $85. They have the title to my ex-husbands truck. I need this paid so that I can give the title to him but don't think I should pay the extra $120 if they can't show me why I owe it. The last receipt I have from them shows the balance owed on account and total due at $85. Do I have any rights here or is there anything I can do? Sorry for this being so long

Thanks
