Thank you so much for your speedy reply. The fact that he isnt living in the house right now won't be a problem? He intends to go back eventually, just not sure when. And one more thing, I had read somewhere that once the third party was involved that we were not to contact the original debtor concerning this matter. I am not sure if the account has been sold or nott. I do know that CACV. Inc. has supposedly hired this Law firm to attemp to collect. Also the debt is as stands now $6263.18.
