Sorry, I wanted to add that my state's current open-ended account SOL (for credit cards) is 4 years. Is it plausible to just wait it out since the 4 years are up in March? I know that it is a solution riddled with guilt, but given current circumstances, I can't forsee having the money to pay off the entire ammount or what they would consider reasonable ($200/mo) anytime soon.
