Just send Equifax and Experian the old copies of your reports, showing the original dates of the debts, along with a letter asking them to remove these, that Gulf State is re-aging the debt. You better check Trans Union also. You can get it for free at http://www.worthknowing.com.

It may show up again with a different account number, then you have to do something else to get it off, but not to worry, you will make money doing it. :) Keep all your records, it is $1,000 per violation.
