No Way Out!

I need some advice. A couple of years ago, unfortunately my husband was out of work, we went over the limit on our CC. Adding to that I was unable to pay for 4 or 5 months. The limit on the card is 3500 the balance is now 4800. I can only afford to pay $95 a month but I might as well be throwing the money away. I am charged $29 overlimit fee, and the interest is about $90. I don't work and the card is in my name only. I don't know how to get out of this debt, we don't have any extra money anywhere. Any advice?
