I applied for credit this year and was denied due to being past due frequently and currently deliquent. In fact I've always been current with all creditors.
So..This evening I pulled another credit report and ...you guessed it! There is a negative report from Gulfstate Credit/ AT & T Broadband.
I have never had an account with GulfState (are they a collection agency?) And I have stayed away
from Broadband due to cost.
I am assumming that they are some kind of collection agency. And that they are telling me that I owe AT&T Broadband. I will be calling Equifax tommorow as a starting point..and will keep you updated.
(From the post I have seen this GulfState company simply DOES NOT have their act together.
