If you already have an attorney, take this to him/her. I'm sure with your bright future in business, they will do what is best for you, even if it means referring you to someone who specializes in this sort of thing. And they can set things up to protect you in the future, also ;) - just in case there are other parasites out there looking for a victim.

If you do not already have an attorney, shop around for one like you would for a doctor. They will usually list themselves as one who practices in "consumer issues" - lots of attorneys will not be sympathetic with your sitution, stay away from them if you sense that attitude.

and email him with info re your situation and where you live and he will give you names of consumer-oriented attorney's in your area.
