Well Linda I did just that and my attorney suggested that I do this myself and save some fees I do trust this guy he has gotten me out of some real jambs. I contacted the "parasites" today a found out that almost half of the $2300 is 29% interest leaving the 1200+ as original debt (which the real original is closer to 800) I made an offer which they tranlated to 35% of the debt LOL they didn't sound like they weren't going to accept this and would call back with a counter offer.
I have two questions if you please 1) they said they it would violate FTC rules to REMOVE the deal off my credit record and couldnt do this,instead they would offer a paid in full letter which I understand is not favorable. Is this correct? 2) Just what do I state in my Summons and Complant. Do I include any mention of our conversations or attorneys or what is the court looking for?
