Gulf State Follow-Up (READ THIS)

I've been posing on this BB for about a month now on a company called Gulf State Credit who put some erroneous info on my credit report. As a result of some of the good advice and research from this site. I recieved a letter from Gulf State on Saturday saying they would take the debt off my record and apologized for the inconvenience.
NOW, we'll see if this really happens over the next 30-days, but I have to say thanks to this site and to Linda who helped me in this situation.
I hope Gulf State keeps their word...I will post another follow up message to let everyone know how it works out...this message is to let others know that if you are patient and take the right steps...things will work out!!!
I'd be happy to let anyone on an individual basis know what steps I took if they email me directly.
