Wouldn't it be nice if they got taken to court, and their penalty would be for them to be permanently constrained from reporting to any CRA in the US? Plus removal of all existing Gulf State negative reporting from credit reports? That would screw them better than fining in any amount. ~~~The thought of such poetic justice gives me a sweet, heady euphoria.~~~
