An attorney just advised me that Credit Cards issued from Banks located in Delaware fall under Delaware law. Delaware has a 3 year (SOL.) What's the deal with everyone talking about 4-6 years for the SOL? A majority of all credit cards come from Deleware. Can someone please dispute this with verified info. Regardless of where you live and signed the contract. If it's from Delaware. That state law of 3 years applies. There is not one mention of this on any site that deals with creditors. Please respond.
