What is my rights against this problem?

I make my loan payments, each month, and it is the correct amount. But the loan company tacks on hidden charges and doesn't tell me this and it makes the payment look late. Then they put my payment on another account by mistake. Meanwhile they call and call and call and harress me. What can I do? One month they say if I pay this amount it is caught up. I pay it, couple weeks later, they call again. This has affected my health now, all the stress. Help me please.
