conflicting info in SOL?

I have noticed that two different websites are reporting different numbers for debt SOL's. The two websites are this one (I'll call it site A) and... site B
http://www.creditinfocenter.com/rebuild/statuteLimitations.shtml Some examples (the order of the numbers are oral contracts, written contracts, promissory notes and open accounts). Alaska
A - 6,6,6,6
B - 3,6,6,3 New Jersey
A - 6,6,6,6
B - 4,6,6,4 New York
A - 6,6,6,6
B - 6,6,6,4 Pennsylvania
A - 4,6,4,6
B - 4,4,4,4 Anybody know what the deal is? Am I misreading the info?
