Quick question oh wise credit woman...
I read the SOL thing on this website and for NH it says 3 years for ORAL, WRITTEN and OPEN ACCOUNTS and then 6 years for Promissary notes. Is this only for the ability to sue?
I paid off 3 medical bills from 98, can they be taken off? Any idea? Do you have any websites you may be able to refer me to?
