o.k. here's the latest story.....i have to file bk but thought i could keep 1 cc....found out i couldn't so bk will not occur until 1-4-02....in the meantime, i got sued in circuit court...my free lawyer told me not to respond as she would handle it in bk....read over the suit and found that they had listed my ss wrong(only a typo) but thought i would be very smart so I (by myself) filed a motion to dismiss based on not my ss.....i have now received in the mail pages of interrogotories and admissions that i am to respond to...what will happen if i do not answer these? will i be in contempt or will the cc co. just win and charge me extra for their extra work....which i can then take off in bk? i am judgment proof as i only have pension and disability ss but one question wants to know where i bank....trying to play lawyer... have i made a fool of myself????
