Wow!! Glad I haven't taken them up on the offers! I would contact every authority you can think of and file a complaint. They are almost in receivership now, and you better get your money quick. As far as reopening the accoutn, why bother. Just make sure they haven't dinged your credit report, keep all your records and get a card with a company that's going to be in business this time next year.

File with your states AG or consumer protection dept. the BBB, the FTC, your states banking authority and the Federal Reserve. If anybody can think of any place else, post it please. A few more investigations should put yours closer to the top of the pile (I hear this kind of thing about them all the time).

Do you know they were capturing information when people filled out the card app online and then cancelled it? Then they sent the the card anyway, did the BT's and everything. And these folks cancelled before they finished filling it out!!

I would stay away from them, seriously.
