little credit report glitches

I've requested my credit reports from the big 3 and am reviewing them. My Equifax report, when listing companies that have pulled my info, and there are two instances of "AR" (account review) from Associates National Bank. I've never had an account with them, and they don't appear elsewhere in my credit info (except in the same section as "PRM" because they've checked my credit for promotional offers before.) Should I be worried that they are doing "AR" when there's no account to review? Or is it more likely that this is just a mislabeled "PRM". AR and PRM don't show on the report to anyone but the individual, so I'm not worried about that element. Also, a few months back I went to see what kind of credit I could get at a car dealership, and got my credit pulled by both the dealership and by Ford Motor Credit. (Two days apart), should I campaign to get this listed as one credit check, since every credit check puts a ding in one's credit score? -michelle (ingenue)
