Thanks for the contact information of lawyers intereted in these cases. It is significant that some of these have been won (precedent).

I would also rather enjoy handling the case myself (pro se) because I would not be spending anything more than the $100 filing fee, while they are paying their lawyers big bucks, even if they are on retainer. As a pro se defendant I have the same rights in court as an attorney, and can have LOTS of fun running up their bill with requests for records, depositions, etc. etc.

You comment to file an individual suit does make more sense from a collection viewpoint, as only the lawyers seem to make any money from the class action suits.
