A company i was purchasing items from and being billed month to month(music club). Their accounting software wasnt billing properly and i was not charged for several months. Roughly 4 months later i recieved a note in the mail and subsequently they charged the whole amounts to my account at once. Is it legal for them to do that without my approval to charge me all at once instead of the regular payments? Thanks Robert
