My wife-to-be has a car in her name. However Her father had to cosign for her because she had no credit established, making the vehical in both of there name's. She is still paying on the car according to this contract. She has never been late on a payment. The problem is, She wants to move away from home, she is 19 and of age to do so. Her parents do not want her to move away from home and have been threating to take her car away from her. If she does move away from home with her car do they have a legal right to take her car away?
