Don't send them a cease & desist letter. That is about the worst thing you could do because then they have no way to contact you except to sue you and you don't want that if you can help it. In order to stop their letters for a little while you must demand validation within 30 days after receipt of their first letter to you. Don't throw those letters away. Keep them because they could contain valuable information that you could use to fight them with. You need to learn how to fight them. If you want to learn how to fight them down to the point where they have to negate the debt and take it off your credit reports as well then contact me and I can help you learn how to do it. That's what I do is teach people their rights and how to defend them and win.
