I called in for my EQ, EX, and TU credit reports. Here in Georgia people can get their credit report for free twice a year (Yay!) I got my EQ and EX already, but TU sent me a form to verify my address (my street name has a silent e that they didn't include).

When I called in to the automated system to get the report, I pressed the indicated button for my "free report", then I was asked if I wanted my score to appear. I hesitated, since I thought they make you pay for your score, then decided that they'd already said "free" and I could ask for the score gratis.

Thing is, now I have to send in this form. I filled out my name, address, prev. address, SSN, DOB, DL#, Phone, and signed it. Then underneath I wrote "Please send my free credit report (with score) as soon as possible. Above information may not be resold." and signed it again. For proof of address I'm going to send them a copy of my checking acct. statement with almost everything but my name, address, and the bank logo blacked out. Am I covered? Do you think they'll try to bill me if they list my score?
