Phone Harrssment....

Question--When you have an account with a Financial Institute, and it's past due, but you've made arrangements to pay this past due amount via phone with this institute and they call you two and three times a day, is this considered Harrssment??? Does anyone know what my rights are? I've even agreed to overnight the past due payment to them and they STILL keep calling EVERY day. Any help will be appreciated!!! Thanks!!!!
