my girlfreind and I had a checking account in both our names she isnow deloiquent on cc I NEVER USED CARD YET deliquency is showing on my equifax report I WASENT authorized user I NEVER signed cc agreement what should I do lady at ftc said cc co. probaly put it on my report because girlfrind and I HAVE joint checking account
