Just stay in Texas, LOL!!! They are not allowed to garnish your pay there. Get your money out of your bank accounts, if you are on direct deposit, stop it quick.

Unfortunately, all you can do is take your ex back to court over the divorce agreement. The CCC's are not bound by it, and you are bound by your original agreement with the CCC. If you can't afford to pay the account, go see your attorney, both about taking your ex to court, and to see if you qualify for bk under TX law.
