Thank for suggesting the BBB - I didn't even think of them! Found them and a phone number. Your Not Going to Believe this - EVERYONE Beware of this one - I was on the phone for 45 min (no joke) and never could get to a person. I must have STUPID printed on my forhead or something. They make you even listen to a list of FAQ and she actually says "Question.." "Answer.." just to frustrate you and you can't get out of this menu - press a number and it starts over. Then its menu after menu that end in recorded info, mainly with an address to write to, then hangs up. But to top it all off they aren't even a real credit card - they are a prefunded visa card I have to send them money for me to use and even better yet I have a $1000 limit as to how much I can spend.

Anyway I filed a complaint with the BBB - I'll let you know.
